David Moore was the program speaker at the Metter Kiwanis Club. He is the Director of the Candler County Emergency Service which includes Emergency Medical Services, 911 emergency services, and is also the Candler County Coroner. He is in charge of implementation of 911 services for Candler County. He spoke to the group about the process and gave an update on the progress of 911 emergency services.
