At the October 15th meeting of the Metter Kiwanis Club, Candler County School Superintendent Dr. Tom Bigwood updated the club on the status of the school system.  Some of the topics included the need for increase in the graduation rate, the Performance Learning Center, and the Candler County Educational Foundation.  Shown above are Kiwanian Sam Bradford and Dr. Bigwood.
