Local attorney, Bobby Jones, with Jones & Smith P. C. spoke to Kiwanians on Monday about the tort reform.  Jones has been practicing law for 27 years. He has experience as a plaintiff's attorney and as a defense attorney for insurance investigators. He told about some of the facts and myths of the proposed tort reform.
