Today we had Dale Fordham of Olliff & Fordham, CPAs & PC.  He is a 1980 graduate of Georgia Southern University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981.  He has been practicing in Metter since that time.  Dale is President of the Metter High School Athletic Booster Club. He gave information as to how the club raises money for the various sports at Metter High School. Fordham stated that 60% of the money used to fund athletics comes from the booster club. The other 40% comes from gate money. He also made a few comments on the upcoming football season and praised our community for the support that it gives to Metter High Athletics.
